At Genesis of Roswell in Roswell, GA, we are always concerned about the safety of our community while they drive. If you have issues with day or night glare, we have a few tips to help you out.

Day glare is usually the worse at dawn, dusk, and noon. Consider changing your route if you drive toward the sun and cannot see at certain lights or on certain roads. You can also alter your timing for just a few minutes to miss the direct sunlight. Add polarized sunglasses to the console of your car so that you can use them the whole trip and minimize glare!

Night glare is sometimes worse than direct sunlight because your visibility is already low. If headlights bother you a lot, consider talking to your eye doctor to see if there are any anti-glare glasses you can use. Also, you can look away slightly so that you can still see with your peripheral vision.
