Not only is everyone anxiously awaiting the new GV80 from Genesis, but there is a re-designed G80 that has people talking, too!

There are three powertrains available: 2.5L Turbocharged Inline-4, 3.5L Turbocharged V6, or a Diesel 2.2L Inline-4. It features new engine compartment sound insultation and sound-reducing wheels, which keep the cabin quiet.

On the exterior you will see full LED quad headlamps, a large crest grille, and a beautiful new design for the wheels! The chrome trim surrounding the exterior of the vehicle provides a forward visual motion. The sloping decklid and quad lamps give the rear a dramatic look.

The G80 comes equipped with Android Auto and Apple CarPlay, as well as a Lexicon sound system. This system features "Quantum Logic Surround Audience Mode/Stage Mode." This allows riders to feel like they are at a concert or head isolated audio elements as if they were on an actual stage. So in a nutshell, the audio is pretty great!  Many available drivers assistant features such as, Remote Smart Parking Assist, Forward Collision-Avoidance Assist, and Blind-Spot Collision Avoidance Assist.

There are minimal buttons and switches to make the interior more aesthetically pleasing as well as more convenient. The 2020 Genesis G80 comes with a heads up display, 12.3 inch cluster, and a 14.5 infotainment system display. Other interior features are a controller for HVAC controls, rotary-operated electronic shift dial, and a touch-and-write infotainment system.

This new model is more spacious because of it's dramatic roofline and lowered seating height of the second row. The available panoramic sunroof also allows for the openness of the interior. Adding to the luxury, you will see leather seating, soft-touch fabrics, and open poor wood trim finishes. Expect better fuel efficiency and performance with more lightweight materials being used. A total decrease of 275 lbs! For the rear seats you will see dual touchscreen displays. Passengers can adjust their own air conditioning, change the radio stations, and more.

Keep checking back for the release of the 2021 Genesis G80!
